These terms of use for nonprofit services govern your access to and use of the Salix Compass website. By accessing our website, you agree to these terms. Salix Compass is an independent nonprofit patient navigation organization under the fiscal sponsorship of Evergreen Social Impact, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.
1. Nature of Nonprofit Services
Salix Compass provides informational resources and non-clinical advocacy support. We help safety-net clinics and patients understand medication assistance programs and 340B workflows. We are not providing direct patient services at this time (projected launch Q3-Q4 2026).
2. No Professional Relationship Created
The information provided is for informational and advocacy purposes only. Use of this site does not create a doctor-patient, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship.
3. Use of the Weaver Crest Hub
Weaver Crest is currently in development and uses synthetic data only. Authorized users agree to provide accurate information, maintain login confidentiality, and use the platform only for intended purposes under HIPAA and MHMDA requirements.
4. Fiscal Sponsorship Disclosure
Salix Compass is a fiscally sponsored project of Evergreen Social Impact (ESI), a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization (EIN: 86-2954398). ESI provides administrative and financial oversight but is not responsible for day-to-day operational decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including the "Where Compassion Leads" branding and Weaver Crest architecture, is the property of Salix Compass and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Educational use with attribution is permitted.
6. Limitation of Liability for Nonprofit Services
Salix Compass provides its website and services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the approval of any third-party medication assistance applications or continuous access to our website. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted under Washington State law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes shall be resolved in King County corporate courts.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our nonprofit services. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Effective Date."
